Many conventional methods interpolate the holes using the neighboring regions around the hole continuously. These methods success when the hole is surrounded by one object. However they fails when the hole is surrounded by some objects which structure is complex. For this failure, the recognizing before interpolation is considered of value. In this paper, an segmentation method for interpolation is proposed which is applicable for the holes surrounded by some objects. The segmentation is used for recognizing.
