A marked point process is an extension of a simple point process, which is expressed by times and values of events. Distance measures between simple and marked point processes are of importance for various data analyses. In this work, a method for calculating distance between time-windowed marked point processes is proposed. The proposed method is based on the extensions of conventional measure for simple point processes to marked point processes. The method combines various distance matrices of marked point processes by using the random forest algorithm taking into account the locality expressed by each distance.
