However, these are not always user-friendly interfaces in terms of the convenience, cost and psychological burden to the users. This study proposes an automatic hand gesture recognition technique with Doppler sensors. Concretely, the execution time periods of a push-gesture and a move-gesture are automatically detected by processing the output signals from five Doppler sensors, and the sequence of the gestures is identified using machine learning technique.
