• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 文化資源統合アーカイブでは多様な資料を統合化する点にその大きな特徴があるが、これらの統合化された資料を、資料群の境を越えて表示させる方法として、時空間情報は極めて有効である。しかし時空間情報は人物、組織、歴史的出来事、現象などの、歴史的な文脈を構成する様々な要素と相関関係を持つものとして捉えることが重要である。そのため、時空間情報を利用することによって、客観的な数値に基づく地図や年表から資料にアクセスすることが可能にするだけでは無く、その他の様々な歴史情報との相互関係を示す相関図を示し、それらの文脈の中で資料にアクセスできる機能を持つデジタルアーカイブを構築した。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The most important feature of the Integrated Digital Archive of Cultural Resources is the integration of various types of resources. Using space-time information is an effective method to indicate relationships among diverse materials, regardless of the types of information that are contained in the collections. However, it is important to regard space-time information as an historical factor that is related to other historical information, such as the names of people, organizations, and historical incidents. Thus, we have constructed a digital archive that provides not only the maps and chronological details associated with an objective date but also correlative graphs reflecting the various historical relationships among the related space-time and other historical information, in order to create an awareness of the historical context.
