作業指導システムの基礎的な検討 Basic Study of Work Feedback System 麻生, 敏正 Toshimasa, Aso LOIS 本稿では，作業プローブシステムの計測結果を，作業者へ適切にフィードバックするための文面について検討を行っている．まず，ピッキング作業の管理者経験を有する社員を対象とし，フィードバックする文章について調査している．この調査は，商社と物流企業の 2 社で，それぞれ 9 名に実施した．次に，これらの結果を分析し，管理者が重要と考える項目を整理している．その結果，腰痛に関連する姿勢の可視化はニーズが高いこと，さらに多くの管理者は，評価結果よりも，より直接改善に結び付きやすい改善案の提示を求めていることを明らかにしている． This paper examines the text for appropriate feedback of results measured by the work probe system to workers. First, the autohr asks employees with experience as a manager of picking operations some questions on the feedback text. The survey was conducted in a trading company and a logistics company. It surveyed nine employees per company. Next, this paper analyzes these results and identifies items that managers consider important.
