The proposed method uses multiple routing conﬁgurations (MRC) algorithm to recovery a single node/link failure. The MRC algorithm prepares multiple backup routing conﬁgurations in advance, and realizes fast failure recovery by switching to an appropriate conﬁguration when a failure occurs. The proposed method allocates virtual machines to edge servers so as to minimize network and edge server loads on the routing conﬁgurations. To derive the optimal solution, the proposed method provides Mixed Integer Programming. In this paper, we show the eﬀectiveness of the proposed method through numerical experiments.</dc:description>
