教育成果の質と量に関するWeb調査を対象とする柔軟性の高いアンケートシステム A Flexible Questionnaire System for Web-based Surveys Related to Quality and Quantity of Educational Outcomes 掛下, 哲郎 大月, 美佳 Tetsuro, Kakeshita Mika, Ohtsuki [論文] アンケート調査，Webアンケートシステム，調査プロセスのモデル化，教育成果の質と量 国際的に通用する高等教育の質保証の重要性が高まるとともに，大学等の教育成果に関する調査や，産業界に対する大学教育への期待に関する調査等，教育関係のアンケート調査が多数実施されている．その中には複数のアンケート調査が互いに関連を持って実施されているケースも多い．本論文では，著者らがこれまでに実施してきた教育関係のアンケート調査の経験をふまえて構築・改良してきたアンケートシステムを提案する．本システムは，アンケート調査・分析システムcresieを中心とし，回答者による回答データの取りまとめ用Excelマクロや収集したデータの分析ツールといったサポートツールによって構成している．アンケート自体やアンケート調査プロセスのモデル化を行うことで，本システムは教育成果の質や量に関する各種のWeb調査に柔軟に対応できる．また，収集したデータの確認・分析機能や，Web上での回答とExcelを用いた回答の使い分け，分析結果のフィードバック機能等を提供することで，アンケート調査プロセスの全体を支援する．本システムは，情報処理学会が実施した「J07フォローアップ調査」や「情報学分野の大学教育に関する現状調査」でも運用され，その有用性が示された Many questionnaires are executed according to the increasing importance of quality assurance of higher education across national borders. Examples of such survey contain a survey to the university on recent educational achievement and a survey to the industry on the educational expectation to the academia. There are the cases when two or more interrelated questionnaires are executed simultaneously. In this paper, we propose a flexible questionnaire system for web-based survey on quality and quantity of educational outcomes. The core of the system is a web-based survey system “cresie” associated with a tool to support integration of the data at the user side and a tool to analyze the collected data. We develop a model of questionnaire and survey process so that the proposed system can be adapted to a wide range of web-based surveys related to quality and quantity of educational outcomes. Furthermore, the system supports the entire process of a web-based survey by providing the data analysis functions, utilization of Web-based and Excel-based answers and feedback functions to the responders.
