視覚障害者に対するテキスト強調表現によるWebページの伝達支援 Supporting conveyance of a Web page by text highlighting to visually impaired person 佐山, 大輔 岩田, 一 白銀, 純子 深澤, 良彰 Daisuke, Sayama Hajime, Iwata Junko, Shirogane Yoshiaki, Fukazawa ロボット・情報支援 視覚障害者は様々な媒体を用いることで Web ページの内容を把握する．これに対して Web ページの内容を伝達する際に振動や機械による牽引を用いることで非テキスト要素を伝達しようとする研究が存在する．しかし，これらの研究では Web ページを閲覧する媒体以外のものを必要とし，ユーザの使用する敷居を高める可能性が存在する．追加の媒体を必要としないものにスクリーンリーダが存在するが，現状のスクリーンリーダでは，テキストに付与された強調表現の情報がユーザに全く伝達されない場合や，強調方法をテキスト情報としてユーザに伝達する場合が存在する．これによって，Web ページ作成者の伝達したい内容がユーザに対して正常に伝達されない可能性が生じる．本研究ではこの問題に対し，Web ページのテキスト情報を読み上げる際に読み上げるテキストに付与されている強調表現の情報をもとに読み上げ方法を変化させる手法を提案する． A visually impaired person reads contents of a Web page using various tools. To support him / her, there are researches that try to convey non-text elements using vibration or mechanical towing when conveying contents of a Web page. However, these studies require extra tools for browsing web pages, so it may become difficult for users to use them. A screen reader is often used for reading Web pages by the visually impaired person, but in current screen reader, there are cases where information of emphasis expression given to text is not conveyed to user at all or case where emphasis method is conveyed to user as text information. As a result, contents that the web page creator wants to convey may not be understood by the visually impaired person.
