関連語提示機能付携帯OPACの試作 Prototype Cellular Phone OPAC System Capable of Displaying Related Term Functions 上田, 洋 村上, 晴美 Hiroshi, Ueda Harumi, Murakami BSH4とNDC9を用いた関連語提示機能付携帯OPACを試作した。本研究では、画面サイズや操作に制約のある携帯電話上で関連語をどのように提示すればよいか、BSH4とNDC9という異なる概念体系であり一般のユーザにはなじみのない語をどのように提示すればよいか、というユーザインタフェースの問題に焦点をあてる。Yahoo!のキーワード検索を参考にして、関連語の一部を画面上部、蔵書の一部を下部に表示する考え方と、BSH4とNDC9を関連語という枠組みで同じような操作が可能とする考え方を提案する。 We have developed a prototype cellular phone OPAC system that can display related terms using BSH4 subject headings and NDC9 index terms. Our research focused on two user-interface problems: (1) how to display related terms on a cellular phone whose display and operation size is limited, and (2) how to display two different kinds of terminology with which users are unfamiliar. We present two ideas: (1) in which displays are separated into upper and lower parts, and subsets of related terms are displayed in the upper parts and subsets of books in the lower parts as in Yahoo!
