企業の情報セキュリティ対策におけるモチベーションの構造に関する考察 Some Thoughts Concerning Structural Model of the Motivation for Information Security in Enterprises 菅野, 泰子 寺田, 真敏 山田, 安秀 鎌倉, 稔成 土居, 範久 Yasuko, Kanno Masato, Terada Yasuhide, Yamada Toshinari, Kamakura Norihisa, Doi 特集：社会を活性化するコンピュータセキュリティ技術 情報化が進んだ今日，情報セキュリティ対策は必須である．これまで情報セキュリティに関して多くの研究がなされてきたが，情報セキュリティ対策を実施する主体の意識や行動に関しては，その解明が進んでいない．情報セキュリティ対策のモチベーションにかかわる諸要因を把握し，その構造を明らかにすることにより，情報セキュリティ対策の推進に寄与できる．本論文では，情報セキュリティ対策を進める動機となる要因（動機要因）や対策の実施を阻害する要因（阻害要因）を把握するための調査結果から，情報セキュリティ対策のモチベーション因子を示す．次に516名の回答データと探索的因子分析から，要因の特徴を抽出した後，因子の構造について構造方程式モデリング（SEM）を用いた妥当性の検証について述べる．調査ならびに検証の結果，動機要因として計6因子を，阻害要因として計4因子を抽出するとともに，これらの要因から構成される情報セキュリティ対策におけるモチベーションの構造を明らかにした． Various studies have been conducted on information security. However, the motivation factors and it's structure for implementing information security measures have yet to be clarified. Understanding motivation factors and clarifying the structures of those factors helps to promote information security measures. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey about drives and disincentives that affect the implementation of information security measures. Using the answers from the 516 respondents, we conducted exploratory factor analysis. The result showed factors of the motivation for information security, including six drives and four disincentives.
