チェアサイドで使用可能な発語評価のための音声認識の開発 Speech Recognition for Evaluation of Phonetic Function on the Dental Chair-side 松浦, 博 桃崎浩平 正井, 康之 秀島, 雅之 犬飼, 周佑 佐藤, 雅之 安藤, 智宏 大山喬史 Hiroshi, Matsuura Kohei, Momosaki Yasuyuki, Masai Masayuki, Hideshima Syusuke, Inukai Masayuki, Sato Tomohiro, Ando Takashi, Ohyama 特集：産学連携論文（論文賞受賞） 発語はコミュニケーションを図るうえで最も重要な機能である．歯と発語とが密接な関係にあり，喪失歯所有者へ義歯を装着する補綴処置によって発語機能が劇的に改善されることが多い．しかし，不完全な補綴処置によりかえって発語機能に問題を残す場合があり，定量的な発語機能評価が求められていた．従来技術ではチェアサイドで簡易・迅速に評価するのは困難で，しかも発語された音声そのものを直接に評価するものではなかった．本論文では音素および音素をまたがる特徴を表現する213種類の統合音声セグメントに基づく音声認識を提案し，これを組み込んだ発語評価システムについて述べる．本システムではフレームごとのミクロな識別がなされるため，時間方向の情報も得られるとともに，評価対象範囲の適正/不適正ラベルの割合によって，発語機能の定量的評価がマクロな形で行える．「産」の音声認識技術者が単音単位の識別のための統合音声セグメントを提案し，「学」の大学歯科医師がこの統合音声セグメントの特性を考慮しつつ，有効な発語評価法を確立し，連携してチェアサイドで使用可能な発語評価システムを開発した． Phonetic function is the most important oral function for human communication. Due to the close relationship between teeth and speech, phonetic function is often dramatically improved by prosthodontic treatment for patients, whereas inappropriate treatment leads to problems in phonetic function. Quantitative evaluation of phonetic function is therefore desired. With current technologies, it is difficult to evaluate phonetic function quickly and directly on the dental chair-side. In this paper, we propose a speech recognition based on 213 types of integrated phonetic segments representing phoneme and inter-phoneme features, and a speech evaluation system using the speech recognition. The system performs micro-period evaluation frame-by-frame and is therefore able to obtain time-scale information. The system performs macro-period quantitative syllable evaluation using the ratio between the correct and incorrect integrated phonetic segment label number during the periods of evaluated syllables. Speech recognitinengineers proposed integrated phonetic segments for syllable recognition, and university dental doctors established effective speech evaluation methods by considering the characteristics of the integrated phonetic segments.
