セルフ・コンパッション向上のための感情的フォントを用いたチャットボットの開発 Development of a Chatbot System with Emotional Fonts for Promoting Self-compassion 伊地知, 孝太 ハウタサーリ, アリ 苗村, 健 Kota, Ijichi Ari, Hautasaari Takeshi, Naemura セルフ・コンパッションの向上を図る上で，Care-Receivingチャットボットの利用が効果的であるということが知られている．Care-Receivingチャットボットにおける感情伝達の効果を調べるため，手法1として先行研究のCare-Receivingチャットボットを日本語訳したもの，手法2として手法1のチャットボットにフォントを用いた感情伝達を付加したものを実装し，これらを2週間使用する実験を行った．手法1を使用した群では，英語版のCare-Receivingチャットボットと類似の傾向が観察された．さらに，手法2を使用した群とこれを比較し，フォントを用いた感情伝達の影響を分析した． The effectiveness of care-receiving chatbots in enhancing self-compassion is well-documented. We implemented Method 1, a Japanese version of a care-receiving chatbot, and Method 2, a novel version of the chatbot incorporating emotional communication through fonts. We conducted an experiment in which participants used these chatbots for two weeks. The group using Method 1 exhibited similar trends to the English version of the care-receiving chatbot.
