災害ボランティア活動の作業フローにおけるコミュニケーション補助システム Communication assistance system in the workflow of disaster volunteer activities 樋尻, 琉希 塚田, 晃司 Ryuki, Hijiri Koji, Tsukada 会話分析・支援(応用) 近年，災害ボランティアの現場でコミュニケーション不足が課題となっている．災害ボランティアとは大規模災害が発生した際にボランティアセンター(以下「VC」と称する)等を通じて被災地で行うボランティアのことである．この活動はボランティアと被災者，VC とボランティア間のコミュニケーションが非常に重要であり，コミュニケーション不足によるトラブルが起こることもある．本研究では VC の作業フロー別のコミュニケーションをモデル化し，それをもとに活動の作業フローの中で，災害発生初期でまだ不慣れなため，どんなコミュニケーションが重要になるのか分からないボランティアや VC のスタッフを中心にそれらを補助するシステムを提案する． In recent years, a lack of communication has become an issue in the field of disaster volunteers. Disaster volunteers are volunteers who work in disaster-affected areas through volunteer center (hereafter referred to as ‘VC') when a large-scale disaster occurs. Communication between volunteers and disaster victims, and between VC and volunteers, is extremely important in this activity, and problems can occur due to a lack of communication.
