          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">本研究では，異なる言語間において共通の語源を持つ同根語の一対多対応を推定する手法を提案する．従来の手法は主に一対一の同根語対を扱ってきたが，実際の同根語データでは一単語が複数の単語と対応する場合がある．本研究では，文字列の編集距離に対する組み合わせ最適化に基づく手法を拡張し，文字の対応に対する重み付けパラメータを導入した線形計画法の適用により，多対多の文字の対応を可能にすることを通じて一対多の同根語推定を実現する．</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">This paper proposes a method for estimating one-to-many correspondences of cognates with a common etymology across different languages. Previous approaches mostly handle one-to-one cognate pairs, but a single word may correspond to multiple words in real data. We extend a method based on combinatorial optimization of string edit distance by introducing a weight parameter for character correspondences and applying linear programming to enable many-to-many character mappings, thus facilitating one-to-many cognate estimation.</datacite:description>
