ODフローに基づく宇都宮市の交通ネットワーク設計に関する一検討 A study on transpotation network based on OD Flow in Utsunomiya city 渋谷, 龍気 藤井, 雅弘 Ryuki, Shibuya Masahiro, Fujii 一般講演セッション3 宇都宮市は少子高齢化や交通渋滞，公共交通機関の利用者減少などの課題を抱えている．本研究では，これらの課題を解決するため，MaaS（Mobility as a Service）の概念に基づき，OD (Origin Destination) フローに基づいた交通ネットワークの設計を行う．まず，施設配置問題を解き，現実の交通施設を考慮しつつ交通の乗り換え地点となるハブ配置を行う．その後，夜間人口と昼間人口のデータから OD フローを推定し，各ハブを結ぶバス路線を設計する．また，路線設計においては，既存の鉄道ネットワークを活用し，現実的な道路ネットワークを考慮する．最終的に，OD フローと路線ポイントを基に，効率的な交通ネットワークを構築するための基盤を構成する． Utsunomiya City faces challenges such as a declining birthrate and aging population, traffic congestion, and a decrease in public transportation users. In this study, in order to address these issues, we design a transportation network using OD (Origin Destination) flow based on the concept of MaaS (Mobility as a Service). First, we solve a facility location problem and place hubs while considering real-world transportation facilities. Then, using nighttime and daytime population data, we estimate the OD flow and designed bus routes connecting each hub. In the route design, we utilize the existing railway network and consider realistic road networks.
