SCATを用いた業務における電子メール誤送信の要因分析 Analyzing Factors of Misdirected Emails in Business with SCAT 菅原, 颯真 尾崎, 敏司 星名, 藍乃介 田中, 啓介 上原, 哲太郎 Soma, Sugahara Satoshi, Ozaki Rannosuke, Hoshina Keisuke, Tanaka Tetsutaro, Uehara SPT(2) 電子メール誤送信による機密情報の漏洩が社会問題化し，企業においても損害が発生している．これまで，メール誤送信の防止手法はいくつか提案されているが，完全な防止手法の提案には至っていない．よって，完全な防止手法の実現には，メール誤送信の要因を明らかにすることが重要である．しかし，メール誤送信の要因を詳細に分析した研究は少ない．そこで，本論文では，業務におけるメール誤送信経験者への半構造化インタビューを行い，結果を分析することでメール誤送信の要因を明らかにすることを目指す．インタビュー調査で得られたデータの分析には，質的データ分析手法である SCAT を用いた．分析した結果，メール誤送信の要因が 111 個抽出され，既存研究では明らかにされていないメール誤送信の要因が明らかとなった． The leakage of confidential information due to misdirected emails has become a social problem, and companies are suffering damage. Several methods to prevent misdirected emails have been proposed, but a complete prevention method has not yet been proposed. Hence, it is important to clarify factors of misdirected emails to achieve a complete prevention method. However, there are few studies that have analyzed factors of misdirected emails in detail. Therefore, in this paper, we aim to clarify factors of misdirected emails by conducting semi-structured interviews with people who have experienced misdirected emails in their work. The data obtained from the interview survey was analyzed using the qualitative data analysis method, SCAT.
