分身ロボット「OriHime」を用いた外出困難者の遠隔接客に関する実証実験 Empirical Studies on Remote Customer Service using Telepresence Robot “OriHime” by People Who Have Difficulty Going Out 武内, 一晃 畑田, 裕二 山崎, 洋一 吉藤, 健太朗 Kazuaki, Takeuchi Yuji, Hatada Yoichi, Yamazaki Kentaro, Yoshifuji [特集号投稿論文] 分身ロボットカフェ, 遠隔就労, テレプレゼンスロボット, 遠隔接客 本稿では，人とロボットが共存し協調して働く社会の新たな可能性を示す一例として，株式会社オリィ研究所が運営する「分身ロボットカフェ」の取り組みと，その実践を通じて得られたプラクティスについて述べる．3つの実証実験についてまとめ，分身ロボットカフェがどのように進化を遂げてきたかを述べた後，実証実験を通じて明らかになった，遠隔就労上の分身ロボットOriHime，OriHime-Dの利点と課題について論じる． This paper introduces the “Avatar Robot Cafe” operated by OryLab Inc. as a case study that provides interesting insights into a society where people and robots coexist and work cooperatively and reports on the practices obtained through its implementation.
