単語特徴ベクトルとグラフ可視化による感情ラベルの類似性や相違性の分析法 Analyzing Similarity and Dissimilarity of Sentiment Labels Based on Word Feature Vector and Graph Visualization 林, 咲季 斉藤, 和巳 Saki, Hayashi Kazumi, Saito [オリジナル論文] 単語特徴ベクトル，可視化，関係分析モデル 本論文では，異なる感情間の関係や，分類者や強度による受け取り方の違いを分析する新手法を提案する．詳細には，複数の分類者，感情種，強度の違いをラベルとして付与した文書データセットから，まず，単語出現度合いのzスコア（独立性のカイ二乗検定の調整済み残差）に基づき，各ラベルに対して単語特徴ベクトルを構築し，次に，文書に付与したラベルをノードと見なし，最小全域木（MST）とh最小距離リンク（hML）を組み合わせたグラフを構成し，そして，そのグラフを可視化し，ラベルの類似性や違いなどの関係性を分析する手法である．評価実験では，分類者4人が感情8種に強度3段階で文集合にラベルを付与した主観と客観の感情分析データセットを用いて提案法の有効性を検証する．その結果として，提案法は異なる感情ラベル間の類似性や相違性を分析する有望なツールとなり得ることを示す． We propose a novel method for effectively analyzing relationships among sentiment labels produced by a few classifiers with some levels of strength. More specifically, from a set of documents with sentiment labels, the proposed method first constructs word characteristics vectors for each sentiment label based on the z-score in terms of word occurrence (adjusted residuals of chi-square test of independence), then produce a graph by merging minimum spanning tree (MST) and h-minimum links (hML), and analyze similarity and dissimilarity of sentiment labels by visualizing the graph together with a few characteristic words of each word characteristics vector. In our experiments, by using a dataset of documents with sentiment labels. which consists of four classifiers, eight kinds of sentiment and three levels of strength, we evaluate the usefulness of our proposed method.
