水田におけるアクアドローンを用いたSemantic Segmentationによる雑草検出 Weed Detection by Semantic Segmentation Using Aqua Drone in Paddy Field 飛鳥, 颯舞 町田, 健太朗 中村, 哲也 清水, 郁子 大川, 泰一郎 中條, 拓伯 環境モニタリング応用 田畑における雑草検出では，ニューラルネットワーク (NN) を用いた Semantic Segmentation が活用されているが，従来の上空から撮影した画像データセットでは，作物に隠れた雑草や，水中にある雑草の検出は困難である．本研究では，稲の間を航行するアクアドローン搭載のカメラから得られた前方画像から，Semantic Segmentation を用いた雑草ピクセルを性格に検出する手法を提案し，NN モデルの学習のための水田雑草画像データセットを示す．複数の Semantic Segmentation モデルで学習を行い，比較・評価を行い，雑草 IoU : 0.414, mIoU : 0.680, Pixel Accuracy : 0.950 という結果が得られた． In research on weed detection, neural network-based semantic segmentation is often used regardless of whether the weeds are in rice paddies or fields. In this research, we propose a method for detecting weed pixels using Semantic Segmentation from forward images obtained from a camera mounted aqua drone in a paddy field as well as show a dataset of paddy field weed images for training neural network models.
