          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">植物学の研究において，葉や花の成長する位置や数のような植物の構造を解析することは重要な意味を持つ．本研究では，キクタニギクと呼ばれる植物を対象とし，小花・花床と呼ばれる器官の接点を検出することで，キクタニギクの構造を可視化することを目指す．深層学習を用いて接点の検出および花床のセグメンテーションを行い誤検出を除去した後，クラスタリングにより接点の 3 次元位置の推定を試みた．実験の結果，花床上の接点の分布が可視化できた．</datacite:description>
