SNSにおけるポジティブな投稿の促進 Promoting positive posts on social networking sites 上倉, 隼 佐々木, 航 大越, 匡 中澤, 仁 Wellness, Mental, Personality 近年，SNS は広く利用され，感情の表現が行われる場として重要性を増している．その一方で，SNS は我々のメンタルヘルスにも影響を与える要因と言える．例えば，他者の SNS 投稿がポジティブな表現であると，自身もポジティブな投稿が増えるという結果が報告されている．このような背景から，本研究ではポジティブな SNS 投稿の数を増やすことを目的とし，投稿の表示順に介入し，2 群に分けて実験を行う．そして，それぞれの群におけるポジティブな投稿の数を比較することで，本研究の効果を検証する．この研究を通じて，SNS の機能拡充が個人のメンタルヘルスに与える影響を深く理解し，ポジティブなコミュニケーションの促進に資する知見を得ることが期待される． In recent years, social networking services (SNS) have been widely used and have become increasingly important as a forum for the expression of emotions. On the other hand, SNS can be said to be a factor that influences our mental health. For example, it has been reported that when other people's SNS posts are positive, their own positive posts increase. With this background, in this study, we aim to increase the number of positive SNS postings by dividing the participants into two groups and intervening in the order in which the postings are displayed. We will verify the effectiveness of this study by comparing the number of positive posts in each group.
