行政各部の一部としてのデジタル庁・個人情報保護委員会 Digital Agency and Personal Information Protection Commission in the organization of national government 沼本, 祐太 Yuta, Numoto 招待講演(2) 日本国憲法に中央省庁なる文言は存在せず，総務省や法務省をはじめとする行政機関は，同法 72 条にいう行政各部に含まれる．デジタル化や個人情報に関わる事務を所管するデジタル庁・個人情報保護委員会も行政各部に属すると解されているが，行政各部の中にあって他の行政機関とは異なる特殊な位置付けを与えられている．本報告では，こうした両機関の特殊性について，若干考察する． Article 72 of the Constitution of Japan stipulates that the Prime Minister, representing the Cabinet, exercise control and supervision over various administrative branches. The Digital Agency and the Personal Information Protection Commission which are administrative organs related to privacy and digitization also belong to various administrative branches mentioned here, but each of them has certain special characteristics that differ from other administrative organs.
