VR空間でのアバタを用いた共同筋力トレーニングによる疲労感とトレーニングへの意欲に関する効果検証 Effect Verification of Fatigue Perception and Training Motivation in Collaborative Muscle Training Using Avatars in VR Space 栗本, 裕輝 中山, 雅哉 小川, 剛史 Yuki, Kurimoto Masaya, Nakayama Takefumi, Ogawa 本研究では，筋力トレーニングのパフォーマンスの向上を目的とし，VR 空間におけるプロテウス効果を利用した複数人での共同トレーニングシステムの効果の検証を行った．VR 空間内で隣に立つアバタの有無や見た目を変化させた複数条件下でトレーニングを被験者に行わせ，主観的疲労感やモチベーションについて測定・分析した．その結果，VR 空間内で自身の隣に表示した別のアバタの表示方法が，ユーザーの主観的疲労感やモチベーションに寄与することがわかった． This study investigated the effect of the Proteus phenomenon in virtual reality (VR) on enhancing strength training performance. Focusing on a multi-person cooperative training system in VR, participants trained under various conditions, including with different avatars standing next to them. We measured and analyzed their subjective fatigue and motivation.
