モデル構築のための因子分析―環境配慮行動の規定要因に関する研究を題材として Factor Analysis for Model Building - Based on the Research on the Determinants of Environmentally-Conscious Behavior 石井, 康平 Kohei, Ishii 学生ポスターセッション 本研究では，加藤・野波（2010）を参考に，環境配慮行動の規定因の分析を行う上での仮説モデルを設定した．また，仮説モデルをもとに質問紙調査を実施し，探索的因子分析を行った．その結果，仮説モデルにおいて想定した因子とは異なる因子が導出され，修正モデルを構築するに至った．本研究を通して，仮説モデルにて想定した因子と因子分析の結果が異なる可能性が示され，モデル構築における探索的因子分析の重要性が示唆された． Referring to Kato and Nonami (2010), this study sets up a hypothetical model for analyzing determinants of environmentally-conscious behavior. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted based on this hypothetical model, and a exploratory factor analysis was conducted. As a result, factors different from those assumed in the hypothetical model were derived, leading to the construction of a modified model.
