情報通信業における男性の育児休業取得の許容度の調査 A Survey of the Acceptability of Taking Childcare Leave for Men in the Information and Communication Industry 山口, 理栄 居駒, 幹夫 宮川, 裕之 Rie, Yamaguchi Mikio, Ikoma Hiroyuki, Miyagawa 情報通信業は他の産業に比べて柔軟な働き方が可能であるかどうかを検証するため，男性の育児休業取得状況を雇用均等基本調査等の統計データ等を元に調査した．その結果，情報通信業は他業種より男性が主体的に育児休業を取得することが許容されていることを支持するような結果が得られた． In order to verify whether the information and telecommunications industry allows more flexible work styles than other industries, we investigated the status of male employees taking childcare leave based on statistical data such as the Basic Survey on Equal Employment Opportunity.
