ユーザレビューを用いた機械学習モデルの説明可能性に基づく推薦フレーズの抽出 Extraction of Recommendation Phrases Based on the Explainability of A Machine Learning Model Using User Reviews 江田, 怜央 牛尼, 剛聡 Reo, Koda Taketoshi, Ushiama [研究論文] レビュー，推薦，機械学習，説明可能性 本論文では，書籍を対象として，ユーザに推薦する書籍に対して，ユーザの興味や関心を惹きつけるような推薦フレーズを既存のレビューから抽出する手法を提案する．提案手法では，書籍レビューサイトにおいてユーザが「いいね」を押したレビューを教師データとして，対象とするレビュー文に「いいね」を押すユーザを予測する機械学習モデルを構築する．そして，機械学習モデルを解釈する代表的なアルゴリズムの1つであるLIMEを用いて，ユーザに適した推薦フレーズを自動的に抽出する．被験者による評価実験の結果，提案手法は比較手法よりも効果的な推薦フレーズが抽出可能であることが示された． In this paper, we propose a method for extracting recommendation phrases from existing reviews of books that attract users' interest for books to be recommended to them. The proposed method uses reviews that users “like” on book review sites as training data to build a machine learning model that predicts which users will “like” the target review text. Then, using LIME, one of the representative algorithms for interpreting machine learning models, the system automatically extracts recommendation phrases suitable for users.
