          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">バーチャルなコミュニケーションが活発化している昨今では，幅広い層の人々がアバターを用いたライブ配信活動を行っている．アバターの体を操作するには，モーションキャプチャを行うか，あらかじめ用意したモーションを再生するのが一般的だが，前者にはそのコストの高さや導入のしにくさ，後者には表現の幅の狭さという課題がある．そこで，キー入力によるモード選択と手指動作入力を組み合わせ，アバターを手軽かつ表現力豊かに操作できる手法を提案する．キー入力を用いてモーションを再生するベースラインとこれらの提案手法を比較することによって，有効性の評価を行なった結果，ベースラインよりも提案手法を用いたほうがより配信を観たいと感じさせられることが示された．</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">As virtual communication has become increasingly active in recent years, a wide range of people are engaged in live-streaming activities using avatars. In general, avatars are manipulated either by motion capture or by playing back pre-deﬁned motions. However, the former approach is costly and diﬃcult to implement, while the latter has limited range of expression. We propose a method to easily and expressively manipulate avatars by combining keyboard mode selection and hand motion input. We evaluated the eﬀectiveness of the proposed method by comparing it with a baseline method that uses keyboard input to play back pre-deﬁned motions, and found that viewers are more likely to prefer a broadcast where the avatar motions are produced with the proposed method compared to the baseline method.</datacite:description>
