          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">2020年4月に施行された改正著作権法第35条により，他者著作物のLMSや授業収録システムでの公衆送信が一定の条件のもと著作権者に無断で行えるようになった。一方，第35条を根拠としてLMSなどに掲載されたものは，授業期間完了後にアクセス不可とすることが求められている。著作権法第35条の改正により，LMSの利用範囲が拡大すると同時に，ある意味新たな制限が加わったことになる。本稿ではこの状況を振り返り，教育ICT化を最大限に推進するために何が行えるかについて議論する。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">Revised Article 35 of the Copyright Act, which went into effect in April 2020, allows public transmission of other people's works on LMSs and class recording systems without permission of the copyright holder under certain conditions. On the other hand, the materials, which was posted on LMS on the basis of Article 35, is required to be inaccessible after the completion of the class period. The revision of Article 35 of the Copyright Act has expanded the use of LMS, while at the same time it has added new restrictions on LMS. In this paper, we review this situation and discusse what can be done to maximize the promotion of ICT in education.</datacite:description>
