職場環境における感謝が向社会的行動に及ぼす心理プロセス Preliminary study on the effect of gratitude activity on prosocial behaviour 柏本, 幸俊 酒井 智弘 南川 敦宣 Yukitoshi, Kashimoto Tomohiro Sakai Atsunori Minamikawa これまで，感謝と向社会的行動の関連を示唆した研究は多く存在するが，感謝から向社会的行動に及ぼす媒介過程や、その媒介因子について調査した研究は殆ど存在しない． また，多くの先行研究は大学生を対象としており，職場環境等において、感謝が向社会的行動に及ぼす心理プロセスついて調査したものは殆ど存在しない． そこで本研究では，職場環境として店舗を対象とし、感謝が向社会的行動に及ぼす心理プロセスを明らかにするために、質問紙調査を実施した． 本研究の仮説モデルとして、職場における感謝が向社会的行動に及ぼす心理プロセスに、自己効力感と社会的価値が媒介すると仮定した。 772名の通信系ショップスタッフがアンケートに回答した． アンケート結果を分析した結果，感謝が自己効力感と社会的価値を媒介して向社会的行動を予測することが示されたため、その心理プロセスについて考察した． Several studies report that gratitude behaviour results in prosocial behaviour. Unfortunately, most studies prove this correlation from questionnaires of university students. In addition, few try to study the mediator between gratitude behaviour and prosocial behaviour. In this paper, we present our preliminary research on the correlation between gratitude behaviour and prosocial behaviour among store workers. To study the correlation, we conducted a questionnaire that collected features relating to gratitude and prosocial behaviour, self-efficacy, and social worth. We asked approximately 700 subjects to complete the questionnaire.
