分類・検索・生成技術を用いた調理レシピの器具補完 Estimation of missing cooking tools in recipe texts using techniques on classification, information retrieval and sequence-to-sequence learning 井上, 結由果 飯島, 千晴 尾崎, 知伸 Yuyuka, Inoue Chiharu, Iijima Tomonobu, Ozaki 料理初心者にとって，様々な調理シーンに応じて必要な調理器具を選択することは容易ではない． 本研究では，料理初心者に対する調理器具選択の支援を目的に，レシピテキストに記載されていない調理 器具を補完することを考える．具体的には，多ラベル分類・類似レシピ検索・系列変換の各技術を用いて， レシピテキストから省略された調理器具を推定する手法を提案するとともに，実データを用いてその有用性を検証する。 It is difficult for cooking beginner having insufficient knowledge to judge the appropriate cooking tools necessary for several cooking situation. In order to assist such beginners, this paper presents a study to estimate and complement the cooking tools not mentioned in recipe texts.
