画像AIを備えた訪日外国人向け観光案内チャットボットの開発と実証実験 Development and Field Test of a Tourist Information Chatbot with Image AI for Inbound Tourists 伊藤, 達明 村山, 卓弥 中村, 泰治 島田, 有理子 長谷場, 隆之 溝口, 雄斗 北側, 真由佳 伊東, 剛志 藤井, 秀夫 Tatsuaki, Ito Takuya, Murayama Taiji, Nakamura Yuriko, Shimada Takayuki, Haseba Yuto, Mizoguchi Mayuka, Kitagawa Takashi, Ito Hideo, Fujii [推薦論文] スマートフォン, チャットボット, 画像認識, インバウンド, 観光案内 訪日外国人が急増する中，旅客施設における問い合わせ応対業務の一部を代替するため，利用客自身によって移動に伴う困り事を解決できるツールの提供が急務である．そこで，画像AIを備えたチャットボットによる，スマートフォン上で動作する観光案内サービスを実現した．そして，その有用性を評価するため，鉄道駅にて観光に訪れた外国人を対象として評価実験を行った．アンケートを通じてサービスの受容性および入力手段の利便性の両観点から評価した結果，いずれも肯定的な反応が顕著であり，実現したサービスの有用性を確認した． In recent years, the number of foreign visitors in Japan is increasing rapidly. It is urgent to provide a tourist information tool which can substitute with a part of concierge's work. We developed a tourist information chatbot with image AI which works on a smartphone. We also conducted a field test at a railway station for foreign tourists to evaluate usefulness of the chatbot.
