自治体クラウドの現状と課題 Current situation and issues of local government cloud 本田, 正美 Masami, Honda 2008 年の地方公共団体 ASP ・SaaS 活用推進会議の設置以来，自治体におけるクラウドの利活用が模索されてきた．クラウドサービスの導入に向けて，中間標準レイアウト仕様の策定などの環境整備も行われ，各都道府県でクラウドグループも形成されるようになっている．本研究は，自治体におけるクラウドの導入の来歴をたどりながら，その現状と課題を明らかにするものである． Since the establishment of the ASP / SaaS Utilization Promotion Conference in 2008, the use of cloud services in local governments has been explored. In preparation for the introduction of cloud services, an environment has been set up, such as formulation of intermediate standard layout specifications, and cloud groups are being formed in each prefecture.
