生活の中の説明文におけるわかりやすさの調査・検討－やさしい日本語の観点から－ Investigation and consideration of comprehensibility in explanation in life - From an simplified Japanese point of view - 高橋, 慈子 樋川, 恭平 金子, 泰規 中挾, 知延子 市田, せつ子 Shigeko, Takahashi Kyohei, Hikawa Yasunori, Kaneko Chieko, Nakabasami Setsuko, Ichida 文書コミュニケーションの支援技法 日本語を母語としていない人々が，日本での生活で目にする 「説明文書」 をわかりやすい表現にするための，あるべき表現のルールやスタイルを検討し．まとめることを目的に，「生活の中のやさしい日本語」 の調査を行った．東洋大学の留学生を対象とし，アンケートとヒアリングを実施．わかりにくい説明文の具体例を洗い出した．本報告では，調査を通して得られたわかりにくい日本語の説明文の特徴を，先行研究による 「やさしい日本語」 カテゴリー Ⅱ のルールと比較し，検討した．また，今後，増えると予想される，日本で仕事をする外国人に向けて，機器の操作説明文や業務マニュアルなどに関して，安全かつ間違いのない作業を支援するための伝え方を考察する．高齢者や読み書きにハンディキャップがある人とのより良いコミュニケーションについても．方法を探っていく． People who do not have Japanese as their mother tongue explore the rules and styles of expressions that should be presented to make the "explanatory documents" to be seen in life in Japan easy to understand.
