ホワイトリストによるパケット監視制御機能付きネットワークスイッチの院内ネットワーク導入に向けた評価 Evaluation for application of white list based network switches to hospital network systems 高木, 理 内住, 圭吾 鈴田, 伊知郎 鳥飼, 幸太 齋藤, 勇一郎 佐藤, 哲也 遠藤, 広樹 新, 善文 Osamu, Takaki Keigo, Uchizumi Ichiro, Suzuta Kota, Torikai Yuichiro, Saito Tetsuya, Sato Hiroki, Endo Yoshifumi, Atarashi 異常検出とその制御 ホワイトリストに基づくパケットのモニタリング ・ フィルタリングが可能な “ホワイトリスト機能付きネットワークスイッチ (WLS) " は，工場などの閉じたネットワーク環境における情報セキュリテイの強化に特に有効である．本発表では，セキュリティ面で特に重要であり，かつ，使用されるネットワークプロトコルの種類が限定される大規模病院内のナースコールシステムの基盤ネットワーク環境に注目し，WLS の有効性および実運用に向けた要点について，(i) 実在の病院内のネットワークシステムへの導入実験，(ii) ナースコールシステムの実験環境下での導入実験，の二つのアプローチを通じて述べる． It is useful to apply a network switch, which is called a white list switch or WLS, with monitoring and / or filtering function of packets based on a white list to closed network in such as a factory. This paper evaluates availability of WLS in a network system in a hospital, especially, a nurse call system, by two approaches: (i) a trial of a WLS in a real network system of a university hospital, and (ii) an experiment in an environment that is designed for the evaluation.
