          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">腫瘍の大きさの推定を行うために，内視鏡カメラの鉗子孔にファイバー状のパターン投光器を挿入して，3 次元形状計測を行うアクティブステレオ方式 3 次元内視鏡システムの開発が進められている．このシステムでは，パターン投光器は内視鏡に対して固定されておらず，内視鏡カメラに対するパターン投光器の位置パラメータが変化するため，3 次元計測を行う入力画像からパターン投光器位置の自己校正を行う必要がある．本報告では，パターン投光器位置の自己校正手法を提案する．提案手法では投影パターン中のマーカ位置と投光器のシルエットを利用して 6 自由度の剛体変換パラメータを推定する．そのために，マーカ位置と投光器のシルエットの観測画像からの抽出を，CNN を利用して行う．</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">In order to estimate size of tumors, the authors are developing a 3D endoscope system based on active stereo, in which a shape measurement is performed by inserting a fiber-shaped pattern projector to an endoscope camera. In this system, since the pattern projector is not fixed to the endoscope, auto-calibration of the projector's pose parameters is needed. In this report, we propose an auto-calibration method of the pose of the pattern projector. In the proposed method, 6-DOF rigid transformation parameters is estimated, using markers' positions in the projected pattern and the silhouette of the pattern projector. The extraction of the markers and the projector's silhouette are realized using CNNs.</datacite:description>
