          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">本稿では，IoT / AI / クラウドなど ICT の進展が著しい社会でも，なお残る人手による作業の重要性を IoT 事例，経済学，社会政策の観点から指摘し，作業品質 ・ 生産性を持続的に向上する音声対話型 AI 帳票の概念を提唱する．AI 帳票は，従来の電子帳票では失われがちな紙帳票の “読み書きし易さ” や “作業引継ぎなど運用容易性” を音声対話 (AI) で実現し，生産性向上と作業実績収集 (IoT 化) を両立する電子帳票である．この AI 帳票を製造 / 物流 / 建築 / 流通 / サービスの現場で標準作業の訓練 ・ 実践 ・ 改善に活かせるように設計した現場作業支援ソリューション (SL) も提案する．本 SL を，NEC グループの工場で約 1 年 10 か月間評価した結果，作業員の訓練コストを 1 / 3 に削減，ハンズフリー作業で生産性約 20% 向上，作業員のスキル改善サイクルを約 40 倍高速化する効果を実証した．本 SL は，音声認識技術に不特定話者の耐騒音音声認識技術を採用しているので，通常騒音の現場から工場 ・ コールセンターなど高騒音の現場まで幅広く活用できる．</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">This paper proposes a standard process improvement solution enabling an artificial-intelligence powered, voice-activated electronic forms.This technology enables workers inexperienced in IT solutions to create artificial-intelligence powered, voice-activated electronic forms (AI-forms). After workers input operating instructions, type of recognition results, and conditions for execution to Excel (R) form, they upload the form to server and get the AI-form corresponding to the original form. Also, because our IT solution adopt noise cancelling voice recognition engine, workers can use AI-forms in noisy places including a factory, call-center, and construction field. This paper reports that we have evaluated our IT solution at a production line in NEC fukushima factory since October in 2015 and have accomplished productivity increasing 20%.</datacite:description>
