ソーシャルネットワーク上の距離指標に関する主観評価 Subjective Evaluation of Distance Metric in Social Networks 伊藤, 直輝 新熊, 亮一 山口, 和泰 Naoki, Ito Ryoichi, Shinkuma Kazuhiro, Yamaguchi Facebook に代表されるオンライン SNS(Social Networking Service) では，ユーザの友人関係が電子的に構造化されており，ユーザが各々の友人関係を知覚することができるようになっている．一方で，人々は実世界での友人関係も知覚しているが，今後は IoT(Internet-of-Things) デバイスの普及により，実世界における人と人の接点が細かい粒度で観測されるようになれば，実世界のソーシャルネットワークについても電子的に構造化されるようになる．そこで，実世界のソーシャルネットワークの構造と人々の実際の知覚との関係を明らかにする必要がある．従来，ソーシャルネットワークの構造から得られる指標として代表的なものに中心性，共通隣接ノードなどから得られる類似性，クラスタ性などがある．これらの指標は実世界における影響力の評価や，友人関係の予測，コミュニティの抽出に応用されているが，これらの指標をそもそも人々が実世界においてどのように知覚しているかに踏み込んだ研究はほとんどない．そこで本稿では，直接的な関係が無いあるいは弱いが，類似性が高い関係を “意外性" と定義し，その指標に着目した実験を実施し，構造と知覚との関係を明らかにすることを試みる． In social networking services (SNSs), social relationships among users, which are structured as electronic data in the services, can be perceived by the users. On the other hand, people also perceive social relationships in the real world, which we forecast will be also structured as electronic data as the Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices will be developed. A question here is how different a social network structure in the real world is from the one perceived by people. There has been a variety of metrics measured from a social network structure like the centrality, the similarity measured from common neighbor nodes, the clustering characteristics and so on. Although these metrics have been used in influence estimation, new-friend prediction, and community extraction few researches have tackled how people perceive these metrics in the real world. Therefore, this report focuses on a metric named 'unexpected relationship between two people', which means the two people have a week or no direct relation, while they have high similarity.
