          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">高齢化あるいは疾患のために自らの足での歩行に不安がある場合，杖などの歩行補助具に頼ることになる．歩行動作を正確に獲得することは診療ならびにリハビリテーションプログラムの策定にあたり不可欠であるが，これまでは目視で行われることが多かった．身体あるいは歩行補助具にセンサを取り付けたり3次元運動解析システムを用いる方法もあるが，できるだけふだんどおりの状態の下で計測できることが望ましい．本研究では，フロア設置型圧力センサの上を歩行する患者の足ならびに杖の領域を抽出・追跡し，歩行能力を客観的に把握することを目指したシステムについて述べる．変形性関節症患者の歩行分析への試行を通して，獲得された分析データが臨床的特徴と合致することを確認した．</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">People who feel nervous about walking due to aging or a disease may use an assistive cane. A task of capturing and analyzing behavior of a person while walking is essential to his/her diagnosis and planning for effective rehabilitation. However, it is performed in most cases by visual inspection. While different approaches of using sensors or a 3D motion capture system toward the precise inspection are available, it is desirable that the person can try to walk without feeling uncomfortable and troublesome. In this paper, we present a system for gait analysis as a method to assess the way the person walks with using a cane on a pressure-sensing floor mat device. Results of an experiment on patients with osteoarthritis show that gait features obtained by the system matches with clinical expertise.</datacite:description>
