First, regional traffic situations are discretely observed through monitoring cameras and probe information, and the whole situation in the region is estimated by interpolating simulation. Then, the CO2 emission is calculated, visualized into the "Regional Transport Information", and displayed to the citizens through web. As a result of field experiments in Kashiwa City in Chiba Prefecture, we could recognize the possibility of roughly 8% reduction of CO2 emission with the change of travel behaviors.
