ポリシーベース電力制御のためのスマートタップの設計と実装 The Design and Implementation of a Smart Outlet for Policy-based Power Management 森本尚之 藤田有 吉田雅昭 吉水宏幸 滝山田昌文 明比輝一 田中真実 ユーザにとって低負担かつ効果的な電力マネジメントのために，ポリシーベース電力制御のためのスマートタップの設計と実装を行った．開発にあたっては正確な電力計測性能，様々な制御ポリシーを実行可能な計算能力，実生活環境での継続的な使用を考慮した安全性などを重視した．ポリシーベース電力制御の実用例として，ソフトウェアベースでの回路ブレーカ機能と，複数機器の突入電流の重なりを回避する機能とを実装し評価を行った．また実生活環境にてスマートタップを継続的に設置して，待機電力削減による省エネ機能や環境センサ情報を用いた家電の自動制御機能を実装した． The design and implementation of a smart outlet for policy-based power management is described, which aims to reduce user's handwork required for power-saving activities and to realize efficient power control. The smart outlet has been designed to have an accurate power-sensing function, to have enough computational resources to execute various policy-based power management, and to be used safely in a real-life situation. As applications of policy-based power management, the authors have implemented and evaluated a software-based circuit breaker, and a function of reducing overlaps of inrush current caused by multiple appliances.
