負傷者・医療者間人体通信を用いる電子トリアージ・システム Electronic Triage System with Human Body Communication between Casualties and Medical Staffs 坂主, 圭史 鈴木, 淳 白石, 多一郎 稗田, 拓路 武内, 良典 今井, 正治 Keishi, Sakanushi Jun, Suzuki Taichiro, Shiraishi Takuji, Hieda Yoshinori, Takeuchi Masaharu, Imai 組込みネットワーク 多数の負傷者が同時に発生する災害現場での医療活動を支援するために，負傷者の生体情報を収集し，無線で救急指揮所のサーバに送信し，負傷者の状況をリアルタイムで把握することができる電子トリアージ・タッグが提案されている．本稿では，この電子トリアージ・タッグに人体通信機能を搭載することで，医療者の活動状況を確認し，負傷者による優先度の変更防止を実現する電子トリアージ・システムを提案する． To support medical services in the disaster scene where a lot of injured persons occur at the same time, we have proposed an Electronic Triage Tag which collects vital signs of injured person and transmits them to a server by the wireless communication.
