業務実態把握システムによる残業縮減コンサルティング方法の提案 Proposal of Overwork Reduction Consulting Method using Business Activity Monitoring System 直野, 健 吉澤, 政洋 菊地, 克朗 森, 靖英 鳥羽, 美奈子 櫻井, 隆雄 恵木, 正史 Ken, Naono Masahiro, Yoshizawa Katsuro, Kikuchi Yasuhide, Mori Minako, Toba Takao, Sakurai Masashi, Egi セッション06 作業効率化支援 現在，長時間残業縮減が喫緊の課題となっているが，PC の起動，終結時間計測による長時間残業者の把握に留まっている．本報告では，オフィスワーカーの PC 操作実態を可視化する業務実態把握システムとそれを活用した残業縮減コンサルティング方法を提案する．本システムが抽出した実質作業時間の長い上位 3 つの PC 業務につき，時間削減方法と削減時間目標をユーザに回答させる方法とした．21 名のワーカーの約 20 営業日で試行したところ，残業削減時間目標は平均 37 分と明確になり，かつ，削減の意識を高めることに成功した．本コンサルティングは長時間残業縮減への意識付けに効果的であることが分かった． Overwork reduction is one of the most important issues in today's workplaces, but, the method is only limited in monitoring the labor time by PC on/off time record and in watching long-hour overworkers. This report proposes a business activity monitoring system that visualizes office workers' PC opeartions, and a consulting method that uses the system for overwork reduction. The system exploits the three longest PC operation tasks for each worker. The consulting method includes questionnares of time reduction techniques and of the attainable reduction time for the exploited tasks.
