日本国民のパーソナルアーカイブ構想(2)―個人基本データ検索機能の検討― A Concept for Personal Archive of Japanese Citizens (2)- An Investigation into the Facility of Retrieving Personal Information - 村上, 晴美 MURAKAMI, Harumi 筆者は個人の人生の記録を永久保存する国家的なしくみである日本国民のパーソナルアーカイブ構想を提案している. 本稿では その一機能である個人基本データ検索機能の検討を 戸籍の続柄に基づく検索に焦点をあてて行った. まず 戸籍法に基づき 表示する内容と 閲覧できる対象者の範囲を検討し 次に 基本設計を行った. 最後に 簡単な家系の例を作成しシステムの操作と画面イメージを確認した. 本機能は 将来日本国民による戸籍検索が可能になった場合の戸籍検索システムのプロトタイプとして位置付けることができる. I previously proposed a concept called the “Personal Archive of Japanese sCitizens” that allows Japanese nationals to (a) record the digital data they want to keep and (b) retrieve such data and personal information. In this paper, I investigate the latter facility that helps users retrieve personal information using the relationship stored in the “Koseki”family registration system. First, I investigate what kind of data should be displayed and whose data they can see based on Koseki. Second, I designed the facility’s basic function. Third, I show an example of family history and how the system works.
