人物動作に着目したシーン分割による作業動作の異常検出 Anomaly detection using scene segmentation by worker's motion 清水, 早苗 平湯, 秀和 浅井, 博次 丹羽, 義典 Sanae, Shimizu Hidekazu, Hirayu Hirotsugu, Asai Yoshinori, Niwa 製造現場の作業においてヒューマンエラーを検出することは，製品の品質・生産性向上のために最も重要の課題とされている．本研究では，組立作業を行う作業者の映像を動作特徴に基づき作業シーンに分割・分類することにより獲得される作業動作パターンと，標準化された作業パターンとを比較することで，異常動作（作業ミス）を検出する手法を提案する．動作特徴量として動きベクトルの方向ヒストグラムを用いる．また，実際の組立作業の映像に対して実験を行い，本手法の有効性について検討を行った． Detection human error is the most important to improve the quality of the products and the productive efficiency. In this paper, we propose a method for detecting mistakes of work operation using movies captured worker's motion. We first segment the movie and classify the scenes of work by extracting motion features, and then detect anomaly by comparing the work pattern with standardized work pattern.
