知識情報共有システムにおけるノウハウ共有の促進 Practice of Knowhow Sharing in Office Environment using Knowledge and Information Sharing System 福井, 美佳 笹氣, 光一 芝崎, 靖代 大嶽, 能久 中山, 康子 Mika, Fukui Koichi, Sasaki Yasuyo, Shibazaki Yoshihisa, Ohtake Yasuko, Nakayama 本報告では、組織内の情報共有を促進する知識情報共有システムの開発と実践において、個人のノウハウを共有するための試みを中心に述べる。知識情報共有システムは、業務知識を記述したオフィス知識ベースと、各人のノウハウを登録するノウハウベースを持ち、蓄積された知識情報を自然言語で対話的に検索できる。実際に1，000人規模のオフィスで多くのユーザに利用されており、事務手続きや計算機利用上のこつやアドバイスなど、約11，000件のノウハウが登録されている。利用履歴の分析とアンケート調査の結果、インタビュー、質問の回答収集、用語集の作成などのノウハウ収集方法の有効性が明らかになった。さらに共有化を促進するためには、動機付けとノウハウの質の管理が重要であることがわかった。 We have Developed a knowledge and information sharing system on WWW which supports collecting, storing and utilizing knowledge in office environment. The system has two data storage; 1) a knowledge-base which stores semantically-structured knowledge describing entity and activity in office and 2) a knowhow-base which stores free-format knowledge describing personal knowhow, skill and experience. By combining knowledge of two different type the system understands user's query in natural language and proposes helping information. We use this system practically in office which has a thousand of members.
