          <datacite:description descriptionType="Other">The mdLVs (modified discrete Lotka--Volterra with shift) scheme for computing singular values is evaluated. Convergence and stability of the mdLVs scheme are guaranteed. It is shown that numerical accuracy of the scheme is equal to or higher than that of the existing routines of LAPACK.</datacite:description>
