• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文では、Web上のコンテンツの提供者と利用者が動的にライセンス合意を行う、コンテンツ再利用のための新たなライセンスモデルを提案する。提案モデルは、提供者・利用者がライセンス処理に関連する情報を基に合意の妥協点を探り、オープンな市場での合意形成を行うことを可能とする。これにより、従来の著作物流通の慣例が通用せず、またライセンス料の相場が予め明確になっていないWeb上で、著作権保護と著作物利用のバランスを図り、好ましい情報流通の状況を作ることを支援する。また、提案モデルに基づくライセンス情報記述言語と、ライセンス処理のプロトタイプシステムについても述べる。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, a new license agreement model is proposed. With this model, providers of web contents dynamically make an agreement with the user of their content. They use information generated in the process of the license agreement so that they find the point of compromise. The system based on this model brings the balance between conflicting interests of providers and the user of web contents. The description language for license information is defined, and the prototype system based on this model is described.
