• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 今日，組織内では多くのユーザが持つ情報を効果的に共有するため，業務報告・提案書・ノウハウ情報などの業務情報の共有にグループウェアを用いている．しかしながら，組織内にはあまりシステムに触れないユーザがいる場合があり，こういったユーザの情報を共有する事は困難である．そこで本稿では，ユーザのカテゴリ化を行い，ユーザの行動情報を元にシステム内の情報から実世界の共有空間で紹介に用いる記事リストを作る．このリストを用いてシステムにログインすることなく投稿情報に気づき，記事に対してコメントで参加できる環境を作ることで，ユーザの利用促進支援のための方式を提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Today, groupwares have been using widely for sharing the business information such as business reports, proposal papers, know-how information and so on in the organizations. The main reason of using groupware is for many users can share the all information more effectively. However, there are still some people who rarely use groupware in the organization. In the case like that, it is difficult to share the their information. In this paper, we propose the method for promoting the user to use the groupware. The proposed system, we categorize the users’activities at the threads in groupware, and select those threads to make the list and show to the“share space”in the real world. By using this showing list, users can note the posting thread information on display without login, and they can join the groupware system.
