| 内容記述 | 従来から情報システムの開発・運用では，技術的側面だけでなく人文・社会的視点の重要性が指摘されている．しかしその具体的な扱いについては明確化されなく，あくまで一般論に留まっているのが現状である．その理由として情報システムの多様性と，それに関係する人文・社会分野の広範かつ複雑性が考えられる．そこで本稿ではアプローチを変え，エンタープライズ系の情報システムに限定した分析枠を提示する．具体的には，情報システムを開発段階と運用に分け，それぞれ情報システムに直接関与する 「人」，情報システムが置かれた環境としての 「組織 （ミクロ 社会）」，ミクロ社会を取り巻く外部環境としての企業などの組織体や，さらにそれらを含む一般社会 （「マクロ 社会」） の 3 レベルに分け，それぞれにおける注意点を示す．また大学の事務系情報システムを事例に取上げ，その妥当性を吟味する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In information system development and operation, it's very important to have not only information technology but human and/or social viewpoints. However, the concrete method to use these viewpoints in information systems for a long time has not been shown. We propose an analysis framework to use them for only enterprise information systems. In this framework, we set development/operation axis and human/micro society/macro society axis. In each six domains that were divided by two axes, we set specific view points to lead better information systems. In addition, we take several information systems for office work in university as an example and examine the validity of them. | |||||||
