• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 写真を中心に構成された「グラフ雑誌」は大正時代に様々な機関より発行され、一般に広がるようになった。しかし大正初期に公刊されたグラフ雑誌を発行した主体や発行の経緯などについては明らかにされていない点が多い。そのため本研究では、黎明期のグラフ雑誌である「歴史写真」に掲載された写真の内容と編集運営などに関する調査をおこなう目的で、雑誌のデジタル化を行い、各号全体と各頁の両方にメタデータを付与することができる階層型のDigital Cultural Heritage システムに格納した。その上で、調査で得た情報を、メタデータや電子付箋などに付与し、事後に検証ができるようにした。本研究では、一種のDigital Cultural Heritage システムを用いて戦前期のグラフ雑誌の調査研究を行う有効性と課題について解説する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Graphic magazines focusing on photographs were issued in the Taishō era by various organizations, and were popularly received. However, many uncertain points remain regarding the organizations issuing the graphic magazines published in the Taishō era, along with the circumstances leading to their issuing. For that reason, with the goal of pursuing studies concerning the photographic content, editing, management, and so on of Rekishi Shashin, a magazine at the dawning of the graphic magazine era, in this study we digitized the magazines and stored the data in the hierarchical Digital Cultural Heritage system enabling the attachment of metadata both for each issue and each page. Further, the data obtained in the study was made available for later studies through metadata, by attaching electronic tags, and so on. In this study we comment on the advantages and issues related to studies of pre-WWII graphic magazines using one kind of Digital Cultural Heritage system.
